Description


Moving Meditation consists of 50 minutes of simple stretches and breathing techniques and 10 minutes of
deep relaxation. This is a beginner level class and is appropriate for people who are brand new to yoga or seasoned practitioners that are looking for a more meditative class. Instructor: Janet Tant & Staff
