Rent Rooms, Fields, Parks & Pavilions

Parties, games, meetings and picnics are more fun in a Mt. Lebanon Recreation facility.

Reserving a facility

Users of the facilities are required to comply with all current federal, state and local health guidance.

Pavilion Reservations

Residents may start making reservations online beginning Monday, January 8, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
Non-residents may make reservations beginning Tuesday, March 15, 2024.

Note: Reservations are done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alcohol in Parks

Alcohol is not permitted in Mt. Lebanon Parks except in Main Park Pavilions 1 and 2 with an approved permit, and in accordance with Mt. Lebanon’s Rules and Regulations for Alcohol Permits in Municipal Parks.

Municipal Fields

For use of municipal athletic fields, Dixon, Middle, Clint Seymour, John Doctor (Bird Park), Brafferton (Sunset Hills Park), contact the recreation department at (412) 561-4363 or email your request to.

Fees:

Mt. Lebanon resident rental rate $16/field/hr* – Lights $12/hr
Non-resident rental rate $175/field/hr* – Lights $35/hr
*If use precludes use of the adjacent field, both fields must be rented.

Please observe and enforce all Turf Rules and Regulations during your use.

School District Fields

For use of school fields, contact the Mt Lebanon School District Facilities office at (412) 344-2052. Area ball field locations include:

Available Rooms

The Community Center has two rooms located on the second floor of the Recreation Center (Rooms A and Room B) which can both be subdivided. The Pro Shop Party Room is located on the first floor of the Recreation Center (ice rink). 

Room Size/Capacity

Please note the room capacity numbers listed for each room (below).  These numbers indicate the maximum capacity of people allowed in each room as determined by the fire marshal.  Along with a completed contract and payment, renters are required to submit a room set-up sheet that lists the number of tables and chairs needed for their event, plus the arrangement of these tables/chairs. The renter’s individual set-up sheet determines how many people will fit in the room for their event (which may be less than capacity).

Payment is DUE at the time of booking. Rental time MUST include all set-up time, event time, and clean-up time. We accept Visa/MasterCard, checks, and cash.

Bocce Court

Two bocce courts are available for use in Mt. Lebanon Park on a first-come, first-served basis. A set of bocce balls is available for loan, and a light box key is available for play after dark. Please see the ice rink cashier for assistance. A valid driver’s license will be held as security for the balls and/or key.
