Description
Yoga has been shown to improve strength and flexibility, improve coordination and balance, lower stress, anxiety, and blood pressure levels, stimulate the glandular system, boost the immune system, improve quality of sleep, elevate mood, detoxify the body and the mind. Instructor: Janet Tant & Staff

Equipment


Bring an exercise mat or plush towel and wear comfortable clothes.


Registration

You can register for all Recreation Department programs online or in person, return the registration form to the Recreation Department Office, second floor, Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Acceptable forms of payment:
  • Checks made payable to "Mt. Lebanon, PA,"
  • Debit cards
  • The Recreation Department will make reasonable accommodations to its programs and services to assure access to all persons. If you need an accommodation because of a disability, please call (412) 343-3409, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Check Policy

An administrative fee of $20 will be added to each occurrence of a returned check.

Note

If you are paying full for Tuesday, you must attend Tuesday; if you are paying full for Friday, you must attend Friday. Thank you for your cooperation.
