Yoga has been shown to improve strength and flexibility, improve coordination and balance, lower stress, anxiety, and blood pressure levels, stimulate the glandular system, boost the immune system, improve quality of sleep, elevate mood, detoxify the body and the mind. Bring an exercise mat or plush towel and wear comfortable clothes.
You can register for all Recreation Department programs online.

Debit cards, Visa or MasterCard
An administrative fee of $20 will be added to each occurrence of a returned check.
If you are paying in full for Tuesday, you must attend Tuesday; if you are paying in full for Friday, you must attend Friday. Thank you for your cooperation.
