The ice center is located in the Mt. Lebanon Park just off Cedar Boulevard in Mt. Lebanon, PA. The facility includes a regulation 200-by-85-foot main rink and a 60-by-80-foot studio rink. Opened in 1977, the facility is one of the finest in the area hosting various activities including high school, youth, and adult league hockey; a comprehensive instructional program; the area's most complete figure skating school; a wide variety of special events and activities; and of course public skating.
With seating for more than 700, the center has hosted national figure skating competitions, hockey tournaments, N.H.L. practices, boxing shows, circuses, and car shows. The ice center is open 48 weeks out of the year for skating and has programs from beginner to advanced skaters of all ages.
